Nursing Log (the “App”)

Effective 12 August 2026

1. Scope

These terms set out the conditions for using the App, provided by Kohei Toriu (the “Operator”). By using the App you are taken to have agreed to them.

2. What the App is

The App is a tool for recording an infant’s feedings, diapers, temperature and weight, and sharing them within a family.

3. Not medical advice

The App does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment or advice. The numbers and charts it shows are simply calculated from what you entered. They are not a judgement about whether growth or health is good or bad.

If anything about your baby’s health concerns you, please raise it at a check-up or with a doctor. Never delay or avoid seeking care because of what the App shows.

4. Accounts

Using the App requires signing in with a Google or Apple account.
Anyone you share an invite code with can view and edit every entry in that family. Please take care with invite codes.
You can delete your account from within the App at any time.

5. Premium

Premium is an auto-renewing subscription purchased through the Apple App Store.
The price and period are shown on the purchase screen in the App. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
Cancel from iPhone Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel it.
Payment is handled by Apple, and refunds are subject to Apple’s policies.
Cancelling Premium never deletes your entries. You simply return to what the free plan shows, and subscribing again restores full access.

6. Advertising

Ads are shown on the free plan. They are fixed to non-personalised advertising, and the contents of your entries are never used to decide which ads you see. No ads are shown between 10 PM and 6 AM.

7. Prohibited conduct

Anything unlawful or contrary to public order and morals
Interfering with the operation of the App, or accessing it improperly
Improperly obtaining or using another user’s information
Copying, modifying or reverse-engineering the App

8. Storage of your entries

Every care is taken to store entries safely, but the possibility of loss cannot be entirely excluded — through connection problems, device faults or outages at external services. We recommend exporting regularly from “⚙ Settings → 💾 Backup”.

9. Limitation of liability

The Operator is not liable for damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the App, except in cases of the Operator’s intent or gross negligence.
The App depends on external services (Google, Apple and others). If those services stop or change, part or all of the App may become unavailable.

10. Changes to, or ending of, the service

The Operator may change the App or stop providing it. If it is to be stopped, notice will be given in advance in the App and on this site, with a period in which entries can still be exported.

11. Changes to these terms

Any changes will be published on this page. Significant changes will also be announced inside the App.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction, in the first instance, of the court having jurisdiction over the Operator’s location.
