Nursing Log (the “App”)

Kohei Toriu (the “Operator”) sets out below how personal information is handled in the App.

The App records a baby’s feedings, diapers, temperature and weight, and shares them within a family. Because the information includes details about a baby’s health, it is handled as described below.

1. Information collected

2. How it is used

To store your entries and share them within your family
To send reminders such as “Time for a feed”
To show a running feeding on the lock screen and in widgets
To show ads on the free plan
To find and fix problems in the App

3. What we do not do

Health information is never used for advertising. Feeding amounts, temperature and weight are never used to decide which ads you see.
We do not track you. The App does not track your activity across other companies’ apps or websites. Ads are fixed to non-personalised advertising.
We do not sell or share your entries.
No one outside your family can see your entries.

4. Where it is stored, and third parties

The App uses the following providers in order to operate. Entries are stored on servers in Japan (Tokyo region).

Apple Inc.	Sign in with Apple, push notification delivery, in-app purchases
RevenueCat, Inc.	Checking Premium purchase status

These providers handle the information only for the purposes above. Apart from this, information is not provided to third parties except as required by law.

5. Retention and deletion

Entries are kept until you delete them.
You can delete your account from within the App, under “⚙ Settings → 🔐 Account → Delete my account”.
If you are the only person in your family, deleting your account also deletes every entry in that family. This cannot be undone.
If other family members remain, the entries stay after you leave, so that the record of your baby’s care is not left with gaps.
We suggest exporting from “⚙ Settings → 💾 Backup” before deleting.

6. Notifications

Notifications are set per device and can be turned off at any time. When you turn them off, the delivery information for that device is deleted.

7. Children’s information

What the App records is mostly about infants, but it is entered and managed by a parent or guardian. The App is not intended for use by children under 13 themselves.

8. Availability

The App is currently not distributed in European Union member states.

9. Changes to this policy

Any changes will be published on this page. Significant changes will also be announced inside the App.
